  • During peak seasons, processing time may be extended. Customers will be notified of any delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Singapore

  • Free Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

International Shipping

  • Shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days, depending on location.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within the expected processing time, please contact our support team.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

  • Certain remote locations may require additional delivery time.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
